It’s hard to believe that it’s  been 5 years today since my beautiful mother and best friend entered Heaven.  It is beautiful that her Home-going was right around Easter time as the celebration of Christ’s resurrection was one of her favorite times of the year.  And now…. she’s celebrating Him face to face! I love how one of her sweet coworkers revisited the beautiful way she would tell her class of 2-year-olds the story of Jesus’ death, burial, and Resurrection.

I will never stop missing her until I am worshiping around the Throne with her, but I cannot help but celebrate the fact that she is in the exact place her heart has always longed to be.
